Throughout the third quarter of 2024, the performance of the top News and Magazines apps on Android in Cyprus showed varied trends in downloads and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Hindi News by Dainik Bhaskar experienced a steady increase in weekly downloads, starting the quarter with 88 downloads and peaking at 127 in mid-August. The app maintained a consistent download rate above 100 towards the end of the quarter.

Tomorrow's Affairs saw fluctuating download numbers throughout the quarter. After starting with modest figures, downloads spiked significantly to 599 in the penultimate week of September, reflecting a sharp increase in interest.

Way2News Daily News App displayed a declining trend in downloads. The app began with 79 downloads in early July, decreasing progressively to 21 by the end of September, indicating a steady drop in user acquisition over the quarter.

Shuru:Public News & Local News showed a more stable download pattern, with numbers generally ranging between 33 and 64. The peak occurred in early September with 64 downloads, followed by a gradual decline towards the end of the month.

ΡΙΚ demonstrated a unique download trajectory, starting with minimal activity in early July but quickly rising to 255 downloads by the first week of August. The app saw a significant boost in interest during this period, although specific data for the latter part of the quarter is unavailable.
